We offer a 14 days easy return policy if the product is not working.

If 14 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return under our 14-day policy, the item must be verified as non-working, faulty, or defective. It must be returned in the original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and documentation that arrived with the product.

To start a return process, please contact our support team via email or phone with your order number and video/photo evidence showing that the product is not working.

4. Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method or through an agreed bank transfer within a few business days.
